Had the all cash buyer not come in, our offer stood as the best thanks to Carl’s advice. The second home we bid on was a different story. Very unusual for Louisville… we were the only bidders on a beautifully updated home with motivated sellers. Carls advice on how to negotiate allowed us to get a home we loved for a price that was great. Carl made every part of the process painless; from offer, to inspection, to closing.
